How long will my cheese board last?

Ideally, a cheese board should be consumed as soon as it is delivered but boards may be stored in the fridge and saved for future consumption if desired, no longer than 48 hours. Freshness of produce may be compromised the longer the board stays in the fridge. Cheese boards can be left out at room temperature up to 4 hours before risking safety of consumption.

What is the best temperature to consume my cheese board?

If consuming indoors, it is recommended that you leave your board out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes to bring the cheese up to room temperature. If consuming in a warmer climate/outdoors, leave the board out for at least 15 minutes. Serving cheese at a temperature of 65-70 degrees brings out the aromatics and maximizes its full flavor profile.

Can I customize my cheese board?

Yes! All cheese boards automatically come with the option to choose your own cheeses. I strive to honor all special requests within reason. Certain requests may require an additional fee.

Do you accommodate large events?

Yes! I offer grazing tables for those wanting an extravagant spread. Pricing for these ranges from $350 and up. I also offer individual serving options for larger groups, such as jar-cuterie or charcuterie cones, etc. A phone consultation may follow for bulk orders.
